Now all you need to do is seal up the jars with lids and rings and then boil them in hot water. Make sure that the jars have a good airtight seal by pressing down on the center of the lids and making sure that they do not move. Now all you need to do is store them in a cool dry place for two weeks and they will be very fresh crisp and delicious.
